To avoid inventory accumulation, the current factory operating rate was around 80%, with raw material lead primarily purchased through long-term contracts. Manufacturers in Zhejiang reported that demand in the automotive battery market was average, with dealers mostly purchasing as needed. After production cuts and destocking in June, the factory's production line operating rate had recovered to over 90%.
